Bret Harrison is an American actor known for his role in the Reaper television series. He was born on April 6, 1982 in Portland, Oregon, in the United States. He started his acting career in the 2000s playing in television series such as The Loop and Grounded for Life. He also appeared in popular television series such as Veronica Mars and Grey's Anatomy. In 2007, he played in the television series Reaper, in which he embodied Sam Oliver, a young man who had to work for the devil by capturing the souls escaped from hell. The series was a critical success and was broadcast for two seasons before being canceled. Since then, Harrison has continued to play in television series and films, such as The O.C., Supernatural, and The Vicious Kind. Apart from his acting career, Harrison is also an accomplished musician and plays the guitar and drums in an independent rock group.
