Born and raised in Canada by a Scottish father and Dutch mother, Neve Campbell first came to our TV screens in the hit Drama series "Party of Five" (1994). Described as TV's most believable teenager, her first major film role came in the form of innocent victim "Sidney Prescott" in Scream (1996/I), the film which re-defined the slasher genre.

Many film offers came her way but, as she was filming "Party of Five" (1994) for nine months of the year, the filming schedules often clashed. So in 2001, she announced that she was to leave the award winning show to concentrate on a film career.

Spreading through many genres, her film credits to date include the romantic comedy Three to Tango (1999) alongside Matthew Perry and the erotic thriller Wild Things (1998) with Denise Richards and Matt Dillon, though she has turned to a more art house approach with the critically acclaimed Panic (2000) and, more recently, Last Call (2002) (TV), both directed by Henry Bromell.

She is an animal lover and describes herself as having a dry, often offensive sense of humor.

Neve was passionate very early for art and follows drama, classical singing and dance lessons at the prestigious National Ballet School of Canada (Nutcracker, and Sleeping Beauty).

At 15, she started in "Le Fantôme de l'Opéra", and in 1996 it was found in "Dangerous Alliance", where she plays the role of a witch.

She obtains the main role for the "Scream" trilogy of Wes Craven, as well as in the series "La Vie Ă  Five".

In 2003, in 2003, she continued on her way and turned in Robert Altman's film "The Compagny", where she interpreted a renowned dancer.

She replayed this role in the three suites of "Scream" - "Scream 2" in 1997, "Scream 3" in 2000 and "Scream 4" in 2011 - as well as in films such as "Wild Things" in 1998 and " Panic in Hollywood "in 1999.

During her career, Neve Campbell also played in different genres films, such as "the time of a weekend" in 2001, "The Marche du Power" in 2006 and "Skyscraper" in 2018. She Also made appearances in television series such as "Grey's Anatomy" in 2008 and "House of Cards" in 2016.

Along with David Arquette, Courteney Cox, Liev Schreiber and Jamie Kennedy, she is one of only five actors to appear in all three "Scream" films.
