F/X: The Series was an American television series which was broadcast on the FX network from 1996 to 1998. The series featured Bryan Brown in the role of Rollie Tyler, a special effective makeup makeup which used his talents to resolve Criminal surveys as a private detective. The series was inspired by the film F/X: Murder by Illusion of 1986, in which Brown had also played the main role. During the series, Rollie often found himself involved in dangerous surveys that put his life into play and that of his loved ones. He had to face criminals of all kinds, terrorists with serial killers, using his skills in special effects to deceive and stop them. The series was known for its intense action scenes and its impressive special effects, which were often the result of make -up techniques and innovative special effects. She was also appreciated for her humor and her chemistry between the characters, in particular between Rollie and her girlfriend Lisa (Rebecca Schull), who often helped her in her investigations.
