Synopsis

The series took place in Hawaii and followed the team of Hawaii State police investigators, who was led by the character Main Steve McGarrett. The team was responsible for resolving criminal cases in Hawaii and protecting the island from criminals.

The series was a remake of the original television series of the same name, which was broadcast in the 1960s. The new version of the series was produced by CBS Television Studios and was broadcast for 10 seasons, until 2020.

The casting of the series included Alex O'Loughlin in the role of Steve McGarrett, Scott Caan in the role of Danny "Danno" Williams, Grace Park in the role of Kono Kalakaua and Daniel Dae Kim in the role of Chin Ho Kelly. The series was acclaimed by criticism for its beautiful photograph and captivating intrigue.
