Jason Hervey is an American actor, born April 6, 1972 in Los Angeles, California. He is best known for his role as Wayne Arnold on the Wonder Years. He also has a memorable scene in the 1985 film, Pee Wee's Big Adventure.

Born in 1972, Jason Hervey played in several films, TV movies and plays, but he remains known for his role as Wayne Arnold in "Les years Coup de Coeur".

After he was fired, Hervey sued his former employer for $400,000 in pay and stock options he believed he was contractually owed. In 2003, Scrushy was indicted on 85 criminal counts, including money laundering and securities fraud.
