Biography for Barry Bostwick

Barry Bostwick made more than 40 films for cinema and television. He started on Broadway in Cock-A-Doodle-Dandy, with the APA Phoenix Repertory Company. He was noticed in the role of Brad in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. In the musical Grease, he created the role of Danny Zucko (who became famous by John Travolta who played this role in the film). Although Mr. Bostwick is known by the TV movies he made in the 1980s and 1990s, he was also known at the theater in The Robber Bride and The Pirates of Penzance. He made several mini-series such as George Washington, War and Remembrance and You Can't Take It With You.

Barry Bostwick is an American actor born February 24, 1945 in San Mateo, California. He is best known for his role as Brad Majors in the 1975 musical from The Rocky Horror Picture Show. He has also played in many other cinematographic and television productions during his career, notably in the films The Star Wars Holiday Special (1978) and Megaforce (1982), as well as in the SPIN City and Scandal television series.
