Biography for Alyson Hannigan

Alyson, born in Washington DC, began her acting career in Atlanta at the young age of 4 in commercials sponsoring such companies as McDonald's, Six Flags, and Oreos. She is a seasoned television actress veteran, guest starring in "Picket Fences" (1992), "Roseanne" (1988), "Touched by an Angel" (1994) and the "The Torkelsons" (1991) before starring in her most notorious role yet in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (1997) as Willow Rosenberg.

Now she stars in the brand new comedy "How I Met Your Mother", a hit-show, from CBS.

She begins on television at the age of 4 years, playing in advertisements for major American brands like Dela, Six Flags, Oreo Cookies or McDonalds. Then she leaves for Atlanta where she joined an art school (she plays Clarinette and Football there). While she is only 13 years old, little Alyson plays in the film "I married an extraterrestrial" alongside Kim Basinger and Seth Green. After this success, she is spotted by a director who offers her a role in the series "Free Spirit".

In 1996, she participated in the casting of "Buffy against vampires" but was not retained. Riff Rejea pleases more. But when the WB buys the series, there is a change of actress. This is how the lovely Alyson wins the role of Willow Rosenberg.

Thanks to the immense success of the series, the pretty Rousse receives many proposals as much television and cinematographic.
