Biography for Don S Davis

Don s Davis was born on August 4, 1942 in Missouri. Don s Davis is a respected actor, a talented painter, a former theater professor and a former captain of the United States Army. In the 1980s, he was the theater professor at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. In 1987, he left his post to devote himself to his acting career. He has shot in many films and TV movies including Cliffhanger with Sylvester Stallone. Don s Davis is better known for his roles in TV TV series Peak and especially Stargate SG1. He also made appearances as a guest star in the X -file series, Mac Gyver, a cop in the mafia.

Don s Davis was an American actor born November 4, 1942 in Aurora, Missouri, and died on June 29, 2008 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He was mainly known for his role as general Hammond in the television series Stargate SG-1 and Phillip Bauer in the television series 24.

Before becoming an actor, Davis was a teacher of dramatic and English arts for several years. He began his acting career in the late 1970s, playing in local plays and making appearances in television series and films. He notably played in the MacGyver television series, in which he played the role of Frank Colton, a former MacGyver colleague.

In 1997, Davis obtained his most famous role by playing General George Hammond in the television series Stargate SG-1. He played in the series during the first seven seasons, before leaving the show in 2004. In 2006, he returned to play in the Stargate Atlantis derivative series, in which he played the same character.

In addition to his roles in television series, Davis has also played in many films, including Tremors, Double Jeopardy and The X-Files. He also appeared in television series such as The Dead Zone, Supernatural and Highlander.

Apart from his acting career, Davis was passionate about art and painting. He notably created several paintings for the Stargate SG-1 series and wrote a book on the art entitled The Wonders of Creation: An Artist's Journey through the World of Science Fiction.

In 2008, Davis died of a heart attack at the age of 65. His death was a shock for his fans and colleagues, who paid tribute to his career and his talent as an actor.
