Blair Tefkin, born in California, got her first taste of acting as the innocent Robin Maxwell in _"V" (1983) (mini)_ when Dominique Dunne was murdered. After the two "V" miniseries and the TV series, she starred in other movies such as Fright Night Part II (1989) and S.F.W. (1994).

Blair Tefkin grew up in Los Angeles and started her acting career when she was still in high school. She made her cinema debut in the film "Les Dômes de Feu" in 1984, in which she played the main female role, Robin Maxwell. The film was a commercial success and was followed by two suites, "Les Dômes de Feu: La Rébellion" in 1988 and "Les Dômes de Feu: La Revolution" in 1991.

Blair Tefkin also played in other films such as "The Lost Boys" in 1987 and "The Hitcher" in 1986. In "The Lost Boys", she played the role of star, a young girl who falls in love with a vampire. In "The Hitcher", she played the role of Nash, a young woman who finds herself trapped in a car with a serial killer.
