Boomtown
SynopsisThe criminal surveys unveiled through the various points of view of the police, the assistant of the prosecutor, the emergency rescuer and a journalist. Boomtown was an American television series which was broadcast between 2002 and 2003. The series was focused on the life of the members of the Los Angeles police and their loved ones, and how their work affected their personal life. Each episode was told from the point of view of different characters, which gave a unique perspective on the events that took place in the city. The series was produced by Graham Yost and Jon Avnet, and featured Donnie Wahlberg, Mykelti Williamson, Neal McDonough and Lana Parrilla. She was praised by criticism for her innovative realization and for her unique way of telling a story. Unfortunately, the series was not a commercial success and lasted only one season before being canceled.
