Bruce Weitz est un acteur américain né le 27 mai 1943 à Norwalk, Connecticut, qui tint le 1er rôle à la télévision et au cinéma. Son rôle le plus célèbre reste celui du Sergent Michael "Mick" Belker, dans la série des années 80 "Capitaine Furillo".
En 1998 : Il joua dans le film "Deep Impact" et fit une apparition en 2002 dans le film "Half Past Dead". Son dernier film remonte à 2005 et s'intitule "El Cortez".
Il fit de nombreuses apparition dans d'autres séries télévisées notamment "Quincy", "Jack Killian L'homme au micro", "Sister", il fit la voix de Bruno Mannheim, dans le dessin animé "Superman" et joua même un immortel nommé Tommy Sullivan dans la saison 2 de "Highlander", l'épisode s'intitulait "Le combattant".
Bruce Weitz est un acteur américain connu pour avoir joué le rôle de Mick Belker dans la série télévisée Hill Street Blues, pour laquelle il a remporté un Primetime Emmy Award en 1982. Il est également apparu dans de nombreux autres programmes télévisés et films, notamment dans les séries télévisées The Sopranos, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit et Mad About You, ainsi que dans les films Deep Impact et The Shawshank Redemption.
