Raymond Burr était un acteur américain né le 21 mai 1917 à New Westminster, en Colombie-Britannique, au Canada. Il a été principalement connu pour son rôle d'Irving Thalberg dans la comédie musicale de MGM, «La Grande Illusion», ainsi que pour son rôle principal dans la série télévisée «Perry Mason». Burr a également joué dans de nombreux autres films et séries télévisées, notamment «Rear Window», «Godzilla» et «Dallas».
