Apple TV+ has unveiled the trailer for the upcoming drama “Sugar,” starring Colin Farrell as a private investigator. The series will debut globally on Friday, April 5, 2024, with the first two episodes being released on that day, followed by a new episode every Friday.
Plot of “Sugar”
Colin Farrell plays John Sugar, an American private investigator who is looking into the mysterious disappearance of Olivia Siegel, the granddaughter of Hollywood producer Jonathan Siegel. As Sugar investigates Olivia’s disappearance, he uncovers long-buried family secrets.

In addition to Farrell, the series features Kirby, Amy Ryan, James Cromwell, Anna Gunn, Dennis Boutsikaris, Nate Corddry, Sydney Chandler, and Alex Hernandez. “Sugar” is created and executive produced by Mark Protosevich, with Audrey Chon and Simon Kinberg serving as executive producers for Genre Films.
