Dennis Quaid dans le rôle d’un tueur en série dans la série “Happy Face” sur Paramount+ – The Hollywood Reporter

Dennis Quaid and Annaleigh Ashford star in Paramount+’s drama Happy Face. Quaid will take on a challenging and unexpected role as a notorious serial killer known as “Happy Face.”
The series is inspired by the real-life story of Melissa Moore, the daughter of the killer, as well as the true-crime podcast Happy Face and Moore’s autobiography Shattered Silence.
The plot revolves around Moore’s story and her unexpected reentry into her father’s world after years of not having contact with him. “Happy Face,” in prison for his crimes, manages to insert himself back into his daughter’s life, forcing her to confront some difficult truths.
Melissa must grapple with the possibility that an innocent man may be put to death for a crime her father committed. She also comes face to face with the impact her father had on his victims’ families and is forced to confront her own identity.
Quaid, known for his recent work in Lawmen: Bass Reeves and feature films Blue Miracle, Strange World, and Midway, will tackle the challenging role of “Happy Face” in this series.
Happy Face is being produced by CBS Studios in association with King Size Productions, iHeartPodcasts, and Semi-Formal Productions. The show is executive produced by Jennifer Cacicio, the Kings, and other notable industry figures.
