Paramount has discovered an error on the 4K Ultra HD disc of the film Rosemary’s Baby. When a specific line is spoken in the film, only one word can be heard in the mix. This issue also affects the disc included in Paramount’s Paramount Scares 4K box set.
Paramount has acknowledged the error and plans to launch a disc replacement program to fix it. If you have the new disc, you can visit an online form to request a replacement. Provide your shipping information and possibly a proof of purchase. The fixed discs will be shipped out in the coming months.
Exciting January 2024 Releases Announced
Arrow Video has recently announced its Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD releases for January 2024, and they are quite exciting. The lineup includes Brian De Palma’s Carrie (1976) on 4K Ultra HD, Peter Yates’ Murphy’s War (1971) on Blu-ray, and both John Milius’ Conan the Barbarian (1982) and Richard Fleischer’s Conan the Destroyer (1984) on Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD. The Conan films can be purchased individually or as part of a limited edition 3-disc set.
