This funny and original sitcom that works with flashbacks features the sympathetic Finnerty family, of Irish origin and installed in Staten Island in New York City. The young parents who compose it, Sean and Claudia, experience the greatest difficulty in raising their three children, especially since Eddy, the totally irresponsible young brother of Sean, is particularly invasive, and Walt, the father of Sean, critic constantly the education of children.

The series was mainly focused on the daily problems with which the Finnerty family faced, such as parent-child conflicts, finance management, and romantic relationships.
