Born in 1932 in Texas, John Hillerman was content with small roles before his debut on television in 1975. This allows him to work with stars like Burt Lancaster, Robert Duvall (in the lawyer), Jeff Bridges, Cybill Shepherd, Peter Bogdanovich (in the last session), Ryan O'Neal (in two films), Mel Brooks (in the sheriff is in prison), Clint Estwood (in the High Plains Man) or Jack Nicholson (in Chinatown ).
