Subscribed to small roles in television series since the early 1990s, Kathryn Morris appeared in an episode of the Poltergeist series, the adventurers of the supernatural, in Providence, but also in several episodes of the Xena series, in which she interpreted the Role of Najara. Morris was born on January 28, 1969 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She grew up in a farm in the north of the state, where she began to take an interest in dance and music from an early age. She studied classical dance at the University of Ohio before moving to New York to continue her career as a professional dancer.

In 1993, Morris made her screen debut in the film to dance with the white dog, in which she played the role of the daughter of an elderly couple. She then played in several other cinematographic and television productions, including in the television series New York, judicial police.
