Biography for Richard Kind
American actor, he appeared in many American series, such as crazy about you, a nanny of hell or scrubs and especially Spin City. Accustomed to dubbing, he often gave voice for cartoons. We were able to hear it in the original versions of 1001 legs and The Wild. Best friend of George Clooney, he stayed at home for several months when Clooney was not yet known and he was running the castings in Los Angeles.
Married and father of three children including twins, he has among his best friends George Clooney. He also witnessed his wedding which took place in Central Park. Richard Kind also made a little appearance in Confessions of a dangerous man, the first film as director of George Clooney. In addition, it appeared as itself in one of the episodes of Unscripted, a series which shows the back of the decor of the acting profession, produced and carried out (for 5 of the 10 episodes) by the ex- emergency star.
Richard Kind also pursues a brilliant career on stage. He notably resumed the role long played by Nathan Lane in the famous successful musical The Producers on Broadway.

Kind began his career in the 1980s by playing in Off-Broadway theater productions, before winning roles in popular comedies on television and cinema. He also appeared in many television series, including Curb Your Enthusiasm, Friends and The Man Show.
Apart from his acting career, Kind is also a talented singer and a passionate music lover. He recorded several jazz and cabaret albums, and was also invited to perform in renowned jazz clubs across the United States.
Despite his success in the world of entertainment, Kind remained humble and accessible for his fans. He is known to be a generous and committed artist, and he has participated in numerous charities over the years.
