Stefanie Powers, a graduate of Hollywood High, is a veteran of over 200 television appearances as well as the star of ABC's 80s hit, "Hart to Hart" (1979). At the early age of 15, Stefanie was signed to a movie deal with Columbia Pictures and labeled as one of the brightest up and coming stars in America. After a relativiely short stint in films, Stefanie took a break from Hollywood for almost five years. When she returned, she focused her acting talents on television with over 100 guest appearances in a few years. In addition to her international fame as Jennifer Hart, Stefanie was also the star of such TV series as, "The Girl from U.N.C.L.E." (1966), "The Feather and Father Gang" (1977) and "Maggie". Her marriage to actor Gary Lockwood (of 2001 fame) in 1966 ended in 1972. In 1974, Stefanie formed a friendship with actor William Holden. Through many similarities and interests, their relationship blossomed into one of romance that would last until the sudden death of Holden in 1981.
Stefanie is also President of the William Holden Wildlife Foundation, Director of the Mount Kenya Game Ranch, and international speaker on wildlife preservation, spokesperson for AVID Microchip Technology, and works with both the Cincinnati Zoo and Zoo Atlanta. Stefanie just finished in the off-Broadway play, "Applause!" and had recently been signed to be hostess of the new cable channel, Romance Classics. Mrs. Hart has crossed the destiny of Natalie Wood because the actress replaced Stefanie Powers on the West Side Story set. Stefanie Powers was therefore born in 1942 in Hollywood. Stefania Zofia Federkiewicz is her real name. At 18, she started in small comedies and then in B series. It is the spin-off of very special agents that really reveals it to the general public. From there, the actress turned to television and multiplied a large number of TV movies in the 1970s.
In 1979, she married Robert Wagner for the needs of for the love of risk. At the same time, she saw a beautiful love story with William Holden, who died in 1981. Together, they set up a charitable association, which she takes care of. This is why we see it less after the series stopped (and four nominations at the Golden Globes). It no longer even appears in the series, an activity which seemed to have amusement since it was invited to more than 25 series including Cannon, the streets of San Francisco and Super Jaimie.

Before becoming an actress, Powers studied classical dance and made her debut on stage as a dancer. She also worked as a model and took her first steps on television in 1960 in the television series The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis and Surfsid 6.
Powers obtained her first important role on the screen in 1963 in the film Les Monsres, where she played the role of Lila, the girlfriend of the main character, performed by Jody McCrea. She then played in other films such as crime does not pay (1964) and the investigations of the private detective Hart (1972), who made her known to the general public.
Its most famous role is undoubtedly that of Jennifer Hart in the Hart to Hart series, which was broadcast between 1979 and 1984. She played in the five seasons of the series, which was a great success with the public and A contributed to the notoriety of Powers. She has also played in many television and films series such as Star Wars (1977), T.J. Hooker (1982), Experts (2000) and NCIS: Los Angeles (2012).
Apart from her acting career, Powers is also known for her commitment to protect gorillas and elephants. She was appointed goodwill ambassador of the IUCN (International Union for Nature Conservation) in 2010 and co-founded the organization The Gorilla Foundation in 1978.
Powers is also the author and has published several books, including an autobiography entitled One From The Hart, released in 1997. She also wrote a series of detective novels featuring her character as Jennifer Hart.
