A nuclear disaster immerses the inhabitants of Jericho, a small town of 5,000 inhabitants of Kansas, in chaos. They are cut off from the outside world following an electricity failure, then an electromagnetic impulse. Led by the mayor Johnston Green and his two sons, Eric and Jake Green (central character in the series), the inhabitants of Jericho will try to survive in winter, which will be particularly tough. Doubts, fears and despair are starting to win the small group of survivors. But, faced with this ordeal, "the worst as the best can arise in every human being".

Jericho was an American television series broadcast between 2006 and 2008. She told the story of a small town in Kansas named Jericho, which is plunged into chaos following a series of nuclear attacks on several American cities.
