Biography for Alan North
Alan North is a diploma of Columbia University as an engineer.
After fighting in the Navy during the Second World War, he made his debut in Broadway in 1955.
It is distinguished especially in cinema roles (Serpico, Highlander, goodbye forever ...) but will also play in a few series like the Cosby Show.
In January 2000, he died in cancer.
Alan North is an American actor born February 20, 1928 in New York, United States. He started his career in the 1950s by playing in theater productions before making himself known in cinema and on television. He has played in many famous productions, notably in the role of Inspector Dan Muldoon in the police series "Les Flingueurs" and in that of the deputy chief of the firefighters Sherman Potter in the television series "Mas*H". North has also played in films such as "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn" and "The Cincinnati Kid".
