Known to be the officer Kenny Lacos in the series "High Secret City, the city of the great secret", Costas Mandylor was born in Australia. He abandoned his professional football career following injuries and then settled in Hollywood to become an actor.

Mandylor began his acting career in Australia, where he studied dramatic art before going to the United States to continue his career. He made his cinema debut in 1989 in the film The Karen Carpenter Story, in which he played the role of Richard Carpenter. He then played in several films, such as Saw III, Saw IV and Saw V, where he played the role of Hoffman, a corrupt police investigator.
In addition to Picket Fells, Mandylor has also played in many television series, including Chicago Hope, The Young and The Restless and Desperate Housewives. In 2017, he played in the television series Greek, in which he embodied the character of Cappie.
Apart from his acting career, Mandylor is also a great sports lover. He practiced American football and basketball during his secondary studies, and he continued to practice these sports as an adult. He also practiced boxing and mixed martial arts.
