Theresa Saldana is an American actress born on August 20, 1954 in Brooklyn, New York. She is best known for her role as Rachel Scali in the television series "The Comishist" and for having played in the films "Raging Bull" and "The Bear".

Saldana grew up in Brooklyn and began her acting career at the age of 17, making appearances in television advertisements. In 1976, she made her cinema debut in the film "The Slumber Party Massacre", followed by "Raging Bull" in 1980, where she played the role of Lenore La Motta, the wife of the Boxer Jake La Motta.

In 1984, Saldana obtained a recurring role in the television series "The Comishist", where she played Rachel Scali, the wife of Commissioner Tony Scali, performed by Michael Chiklis. The series lasted five seasons and was greeted by criticism. Saldana has also played in other television productions, including "The Wizard", "The Combe: Shadows of the Past" and "The Equalizer".
