Biography for William R Moses

William Remington Moses was born on November 17th, 1959 to actress Marian McCargo and business man Richard Cantrell Moses Sr.

William's parents decided to divorce when he was a young boy. His mom Marian met and married his step-dad, Alphonzo E. Bell Jr. in 1970. William's new step-dad, Alphonzo adopted him. Alphonzo later became one of the most loved congressman of California.

William grew up in a citrus farm in Ojai, California. Although he did a bit of acting as a child, he was not interested in showbiz until he met his brother Rick's agent. Rick is an actor, too. He began in commercials for Sprite. William's first movie opportunity came along in 1981 called "Choices". Shortly after that, his big chance came. He read and won for the part of Cole Gioberti in the prime time series "Falcon Crest". He stayed there for 5 years.

In between "Falcon Crest", he guest-starred on "Fantasy Island", "The Love Boat", "Finder Of Lost Loves", "Hotel" and "Battle Of The Network Stars" (1983-1985). He enjoyed doing this because of his athletic skills. This is also how he met actress Tracy Nelson, daughter of rock legend Rick Nelson. They were married in a romantic place, on Catalina Island, in July 1987. Soon their beautiful life turned into a nightmare.

Tracy had discovered a month after the wedding that she had a form of cancer, Hodgkins' Disease. Because of her illness and waiting for her remission, they delayed having a baby. He never once left her side. On August 11, 1992, their daughter, Remington Elizabeth, was born. But this marriage was not meant to be and they were divorced in 1997.

William later found what would become the real true love of his life, Sarah. They were married in 2002 and have a beautiful little daughter named Grace MacIntyre.

William has done many movies both good ones and ok ones. But he will always be known for two most-famous roles in "Falcon Crest" and "Perry Mason Mysteries" (1989-1995). His latest movie is "The Christmas Child", which came out in November 2004.

He comes from a very good-looking and talented family. His brother Rick is still in the business. Graham is a musician, and Harry is now a Minister. He also has 3 step-brothers whom he loves too.
